Room cancellation conditions

Dear valued guest,                

Due to your room reservation(s) and/or booking(s) in the Hotel Mayer, Germering, referring to the legal law under the  §535 of the German BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch), you have closed a legal contract with us, which is binding for both parties. 

In case of cancellation(s), non-arrival of the guest(s) or early departure, according to the terms and conditions we are forced to invoice 100% of the agreed room price(s) for the whole booked duration of stay.

Please refer to our website at www.hotel-mayer.de , if you would like to complete a travel cancellation insurance.

By degrees, we grant the following free cancellation periods if no other written agreements have been issued:

Free cancellation for the whole duration of stay:

Outside Trade Fairs and Oktoberfest:

1 room:                       until midnight 1 day before arrival or

2 to 3 rooms:             until 7 days before arrival or

4 to 10 rooms:           until 30 days before arrival

10 or more rooms:    as previously agreed

During  Trade Fairs and Oktoberfest:

1 room:                       until 14 days before arrival or

2 to 3 rooms:             until 30 days before arrival or

4 to 10 rooms:           until 60 days before arrival

10 or more rooms:   as previously agreed
